August 1999 hearing

The hearing was called to request that Judge Smithart
reverse his vindictive, illegal sentence
on Beverly Brabham.
His goal seemed to be
to bring irreversible harm,
so he disregarded the fact that he
had revoked a probation which did not exist,
therefore illegally imprisoning Beverly Brabham.

He acted with much ill will,
bad faith,
and malice
throughout, even sentencing Beverly
for a third time on the expired case.
