JUDGE SMITHART'S ORDER without Beverly Brabham present or represented.
This order was written after the August 1999 hearing to prove that he had Beverly Brabham illegally imprisoned.
He discovered that he had indeed revoked a non-existent probation. He acted with callous disregard and refused to correct his harmful, irreversible error. He blatantly lied about Judge Gaither's testimony.
Subsequently, Judge Gaither wrote another Affidavit as to the truth of his testimony.

Judge Gaither's last statement in this Affidavit is the truth of his testimony. His involvement has even been ignored by Federal Court.

Beverly Brabham's plea to the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission for justice and relief. The Commission turned a deaf ear. The case was rife with bad faith, ill will, and malice.
It is an ominous sign of an irretrievably broken system when the United States Federal Courts refuse to protect a citizen's guaranteed Constitutional Rights! Who else are they to be guaranteed by???
